What's For Dinner Mom?
It’s the question I dread the most. So every Sunday I sit down and plan out our weekly dinners, getting input from the kids and then mapping what they want with my own macro goals so I'm not making multiple meals every night (because nobody wants that). Meal planning is fairly straightforward and allows me to plan out grocery shopping so I'm not buying things we don't need. It also allows me to rest easy all week knowing that I know what to eat, when, to meet my own personal nutrition goals. Today on the blog I'm sharing what we'll be enjoying for dinner each night.
Please note, this is not a FASTer Way to Fat Loss approved meal plan. It’s what I will be enjoying this week to meet my personal macro goals. Need help with your own personal meal plan? Download my ebook, 5 Steps to Easy Meal Planning today!

Sunday Dinner
I cannot wait to try this amazing looking No Noodle Sweet Potato Lasagna from Love and Lemons. If you haven’t tried any of the recipes from Love and Lemons, you are missing out. Every single one I’ve had is delicious and if the reviews are to be believed, this one should be, too.
Monday Dinner
It’s low carb day for my FASTer Way clients so Monday night we’ll be enjoying one of my favorites, Fish Florentine from SkinnyTaste. This comes in at 4 net carbs. Pair this with some cauliflower rice and a salad and you will be set.
Tuesday Dinner
Another low carb day calls for fish so on Tuesday we will be enjoying this amazing Steamed Salmon with Lemon and Garlic from What’s Gaby Cooking (another one of my favorite blogs). This has 10 net carbs and is another quick and easy family dinner.
Wednesday Dinner
One of my favorites, One Skillet Greek Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken from Half Baked Harvest. This takes a bit longer to make but once you’ve done the prep work, it comes together easily and OMG is it good!
Thursday Dinner
Who else loves Buddha Bowl’s? Thursday night we’ll be enjoying Heather’s Buddha Bowls from the SkinnyTaste blog. Buddha Bow'l’s are great because everyone in the family can build their own, with the ingredients they love. Enjoy!
