Ingredients
- 3 large peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 small watermelon, cut into 1'' cubes and frozen, plus more for garnish
- 1 bottle rosé, chilled
- 1 bottle sauvignon blanc, chilled
- 2/3 c. peach brandy
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- soda water for topping
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into 1” cubes. Freeze overnight.
- Make the simple syrup. In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the rosé, sauvignon blanc, brandy, and cooled simple syrup. Stir to combine. Add the peaches and fresh watermelon chunks if using. Chill for at least an hour.
- Once ready to serve, add the frozen watermelon cubes and top off with a few splashes of soda water, to taste.
