Peach Watermelon Rose Sangria

Ingredients

  • 3 large peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 small watermelon, cut into 1'' cubes and frozen, plus more for garnish
  • 1 bottle rosé, chilled
  • 1 bottle sauvignon blanc, chilled
  • 2/3 c. peach brandy
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • soda water for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into 1” cubes. Freeze overnight.
  2. Make the simple syrup. In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool completely.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé, sauvignon blanc, brandy, and cooled simple syrup. Stir to combine. Add the peaches and fresh watermelon chunks if using. Chill for at least an hour.
  4. Once ready to serve, add the frozen watermelon cubes and top off with a few splashes of soda water, to taste.
