Fab4 Smoothie Cookies & Cream Recipe
Spinach & Blueberry Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies. Packed with antioxident rich blueberries and spinach, this powerhouse smoothie tastes like a cookies and cream shake and follows the Fab4 formula. If you're watching your carbs, this smoothie comes in at 5 net carbs per serving.
Ingredients
- Chocolate collagen protein powder (I used Vital Proteins)
- 1 tablespoon your favorite nut butter (I use PB2 because of an allergy)
- 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (or the milk of your choice)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the blueberries into a high-powered blender and blend. I use a Vitamix. I do this so that everything mixes well before thickening.
- Add the frozen blueberries and blend to your desired consistency. If it’s too thick, at a bit more milk. If it’s too thin, I add a few ice cubes.
- Enjoy!
